I'm a 63 year old online fitness coach with 25 year old twins. divorced twice and widowed once. For the past 25 years I've been employed as a media advertising account executive New York City. During my 14 years at BET Networks. I was continually a top performing account executives, negotiating multi million dollar deals. Always expected to be at the top of my game, and then life happened, and I lost it all. I lost my wife to Breast Cancer during Covid, and later I lost my source of income and my identity when I lost my job.

But I know that I'm here for a reason and God's not finished with me yet. So I invested in myself, and taking responsibility for the things that I can control in my life, the things that most people take for granted. Our health is our greatest wealth, and it doesn't take much effort to pay attention to how we take care of our bodies, and why. The biggest lies we tell ourselves are all in our mind!
